James Dainard meets his match when tenacious, hands-on flipper Shawna pitches him a partnership on a dated and overgrown zombie-house. Determined to prove herself, Shawna is ready to tackle a brutal timeline and do much of the work herself-even if it means swinging a hammer in her cowboy boots. James sees potential in the house but thinks Shawna might be underestimating the work needed to make this house profitable. The house is buried in jungle-like landscaping with a dated, choppy interior that needs a full gut job.
