Seattle flipper James Dainard has tackled plenty of houses, and he loves the challenge of bringing the scariest zombie houses back from the brink of total destruction, but this one might be his worst yet. When he brings his team, construction manager Ryan and designer/realtor Megan, to check out the property, they think he can't be serious. The ramshackle house is rotting, packed with junk, buried in an overgrown yard, and looks like it could fall over with one strong push. With almost nothing going for it except location, even James starts to wonder if he's made a huge mistake. Can the team turn this haunted-looking wreck into a signature renovation, a profitable flip, or is this zombie house truly ready for the graveyard?
